Mums and Bubs Yoga

It’s happening! Mums and bubs yoga starts again Tuesday April 22nd at 1pm NORTH FREMANTLE COMMUNITY CENTRE. ( not Petra st). 
I’m so excited to cuddle all your babies. 
In these classes we will start with some postnatal yoga to help you with your pregnancy and birth recovery and to just make you feel good in your body again. They will help to stretch and strengthen and I’ll also make sure you get time to relax. Then I teach you how to massage your babies, we sing with them whilst giving them a stretch too. I’ll teach you a lot about how to help your babies with their fine and gross motor skills through movements, help with any digestive issues they are having and give you the space and time for connection with them. 
I LOVE babies and have had four of my own. 
I’ve been teaching these classes for over 25 years and they are my favourite.
You can come at anytime from birth when you are ready. No need to wait 6 weeks as I will guide you on what you can and can’t do. 
They are super informative and you get to spend time with other mothers.
Some classes you may feel like you are mostly feeding or holding your baby and other times they will sleep the whole way through. It doesn’t matter you’ll still get a lot out of them. 
They are $25 and you can book on punchpass or go to my website Fremantlepregnancyyoga.com
They go for 1.15 minutes . I find babies will only last this long and they often sleep really well after them. 
We can have a cuppa afterwards. 
There is a kitchen if you need.
Please bring something for your baby to lay on and anything else they need. Bring a yoga mat and water. 
There is a playground outside if you have older kids. 
Babies can come from birth until they can walk or it’s no longer right for you and baby.
